Within the next five years, we aim to establish a fully integrated factory in Bali, bringing together master artisans across multiple disciplines—from brass work to marble carving, woodwork, and upholstery. What is your standard production timeline?Our standard lead time is 60 days for medium to large orders. For urgent small orders, we may accommodate 2-week production timelines on a case-by-case basis, depending on factory load and design specifications.

What are your payment terms?We require a 50% deposit to initiate your order, with the remaining balance due upon completion before shipment. For local clients, transport costs are calculated and added to the final balance once goods are loaded.

Can I customize my furniture?Yes! We offer full customization services. Whether you have your own design or need our design team to create something unique, we can accommodate your vision. We work closely with clients during the production process and even allow for adjustments to details like stain shades as you see the pieces come to life.

What types of materials do you work with?We work with a wide range of materials including: Teak wood (A, B, and C grade) Brass Glass and mirrors Steel Resin Clay and ceramics Rattan Natural fibers (rope, banana, and coconut paper) Fabrics and upholstery materials

How do you ensure wood quality?We take several measures to ensure wood quality: Kiln-dry wood to maintain moisture content under 16% Use silica gel bags during container shipping to control moisture Offer different grades of teak wood to suit various design needs and finishes Focus on sustainable and reclaimed materials when possible

Do you ship internationally?Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! We provide door-to-door service within Indonesia and ex-works (ex-factory) shipping to international locations. While we can provide estimated freight costs and duty information for various countries, international freight and import duties are the client's responsibility.

What about delivery within Indonesia?For deliveries between Java and Bali, shipping typically takes 3-4 days with shared trucks, or 2 days with dedicated transportation. We handle all logistics and delivery details for domestic orders.

Do you offer assembly services?Yes, we can arrange assembly services in Bali for products shipped in knockdown format (IKEA-style). For local deliveries, we also offer free after-delivery repair service if any damage occurs during transit.
